All County Chiropractic of Sleepy Hollow
Dr. Jeffrey Friedman/Clinical Director

THE DOCTOR'S PHILOSOPHY

I believe that the future of good health lies in integrative health care: using mind/body connections that work together —to move patients away from living in the realm of pain, to living in the realm of wellness.

This is a perfect example of Dr. Jeff Friedman's gentle adjustments.

IN HIS OWN WORDS

Chiropractic care deals with the relationship between form and function – that is, spinal structure and how well the nervous system interacts with it. By optimizing the relationship between form and function, good health can be maintained. Chiropractic care is based upon the belief that the human body has the power to heal itself through natural means, without artificial interventions such as drugs or surgery. All County Chiropractic has been specifically designed to take this philosophy and build upon it, by integrating good chiropractic care with cutting-edge exercise technology and education, to help break the cycle of pain and put the power of your health back in your hands. My role is to help you achieve a healthier body, less stress, more energy and greater resistance to disease. Form & function, optimized!

I come from a very health-oriented family. My parents, aunts and uncles always encouraged me to be active and to rely on the soundness of body and mind as the principal source for overall wellness. I believe in the importance of living a natural life — by using good nutrition and exercise to maintain proper form and function. Because I was always active and sports oriented, chiropractic just seemed like the natural fit when it came time to choosing a career. Its philosophy is very closely aligned with my lifestyle. And it's a philosophy that I try to impart to my patients.

ABOUT ALL COUNTY CHIROPRACTIC, WESTCHESTER

My chiropractic office in Sleepy Hollow is small and community based. I make it a point to get to know my patients and want to reinforce to them that the doctor/patient relationship doesn't end when the appointment is over. I'm on an ongoing journey with them, helping them each step of the way toward achieving their goals. As a practitioner in the same neighborhood (just minutes from the Tappan Zee Bridge) for over a decade, I want to participate and promote community events that revolve around health, wellness, sports and fitness. I'm also an active member of the Sleepy Hollow Chamber of Commerce, which seeks to enhance the quality of life for area businesses and residents.

I've also been a personal trainer for 30 years and it pleases me to watch my clients shed their fears and anxieties and break through boundaries to become stronger and more empowered with each goal accomplished.

Dr. Friedman Asks some important questions of interest to Westchester residents - Chiropractor Westchester Dr. Friedman Asks...

How could chiropractic help a stomach problem?
Chiropractic works by locating and reducing areas of the spine compromising nerve communications between your brain and your body. If nerves to or from your stomach are irritated, your stomach won't work right. Chiropractors find the source of the interference, reduce it and allow your body to work as designed.
Can a chiropractor heal?
There's never been a case in which a doctor (chiropractor or otherwise) has formed scar tissue, mended a broken bone or cured a headache. Only you can do that. Turns out you're the doctor! All I do is help remove interferences to your body's healing ability. Ready to get started? Call our office today.
